Vizio tv keeps updating and restarting.
It started to happen after software update. It is very inconsistent. Sometimes it restarts and it stays on 30 seconds. Sometimes it restarts after 2 seconds. After factory reset it worked for 30 minutes So, it can't be power issue. It is definitely software, but vizio just wants me to bring it to some random repair shop.
