Here's my anecdotal comparison: beating Dungeonmans in Roguelike mode for the first time and getting 100% achievements took me 43 hours, according to Steam metrics. Clearing ToME for the first time in Roguelike mode while also earning only about 20% achievements took me 300+ hours, and that was on Normal difficulty.
