Eleonora's Poleblade. After doing some PvP with Eleonora's Poleblade I'm making an appeal to FS because it needs to be BUFFED. I have it as a +10 and the first swipe on the light attack only does 70-90 damage. This wouldn't be a problem if the first and second hit actually combo'ed into each other since the second hit deals decent damage.
It isn't very skill expressive either, so it'll be super easy to learn, and super quick to get stale. If you DO make a build specifically for it, don't put too much effort in. The strength of Eleonora pole blade is the ash of war and base bleed/fire damage. Godskin peeler is excellent but my favourite is Knight twinblade because it has great reach and scales with strength. Also blackflame tornado can be insane on twinblade once you find it. I found myself really well with Eleonora's at +10.The arcane scaling on it is currently broken so its not doing the intended damage, that being said it is a pretty fun weapon and the bleed procs can still carry it damage wise. Dual wield bleed build has been nerfed, but I think they still are the strongest bleed build out there. Despite having B Dex scaling and D Arcane scaling, Eleonora's Poleblade is actually more of an ARC weapon. Since it has 72% DEX scaling and 54% ARC scaling, but DEX scaling only applies to physical damage, ARC applies to Physical Damage, Fire Damage and Bleed build up.
