Then use any spell on that same wall. The Gauldar amulets that you’re referring to have nothing to do with that wall. The third amulet is at the end of the Saarthal dungeon. You talk to Tolfdir at the closed gate...put on the amulet you took off the wall...then use a spell on the wall.
