Even if you get the blowpipe/serp/fang drop, you can't use it since it requires heavy scale upkeep, which requires more zulrah kills. It's a lot better to just get 87 slayer first, hell, even 93 slayer for occult before grinding zulrah. thing with zulrah is, you'll neverb e finished with that boss because of the scale-upkeep.
I’ve read a lot about bowfa zulrah being chill, so people usually recommend grinding gauntlet first. I tried that once I had bowfa+crystal armour and hadn’t finished zulrah yet. Personally, I enjoyed the gear switches and interaction more than the bowfa method. Thralls, I do Bowfa only Zulrah with Serpentine Helm and thralls summon for maximum laziness while on mobile. Thralls don't really speed up my kills in a way that I can feel, but they do really make my kills more consistent since I'm not using a mage switch. The little bit of extra damage smooths out the rng of doing ranged only.Unless you have the money for tbow, Bowfa is the answer. I raid regularly and even the maxed guys in my clan still run bowfa and crystal armour over tbow and masori simply because it’s impossible to justify the cost.Bowfa slaps everything and it shoots just as fast as blow pipe.Muspah and Zulrah are comically easy with Bowfa. Zulrah scales are on a high for the quarter so you can make some really good money there right now. If you have a suffering, it's almost completely brainless once you've got a few KC for practice. The bowfa only method took my PB from like 3:30 down to 1:30 within like 2 kills. One thing to watch if your using the zulrah helper is if you don't kill him during his first full rotation then the rotation restarts but sometimes random phases are thrown at you during the second rotation.

In my experience if I camped bowfa I would often go into a second cycle. I threw in trident ahims and finished first rotation consistently. Bowfa isn't far behind tbow, considering you can't hit zulrah higher than 50. Do muspah.Elite void is 12,5% damage and 10% accuracy and no ranged bonus. Crystal armor with barrows gloves is 15% damage and 30% accuracy with +70 range bonus. So you'll hit nearly as hard but waaaay less accurate.
