I've have a Leupold VX-3 4.5-14x40 scope with the capped target turrets and I've decided to change them out. I spoke to the Leupold Custom Shop and basically have 3 options - M1 turrets, screw on dials, or CDS (Custom Dial System). M1 turrets or CDS cost is $155 for 1 and $225 for 2. Screw on dials are $80 each.

So, long story short, the Leupold Mark 5HD 5-25×56 is a great scope that's ideal for modern long range shooters. The zoom is smooth, it's lighter than most, it's extremely well made, and the glass is crystal clear and oh-so-bright [Ed: brighter than some bloggers I know]. The turrets are the best in the industry; it's not even close.

I followed the directions to a "T" and got the Zero Point centered in the scope. However, when looking through the scope at the grid to align the crosshairs, it's saying I have to move the windage 110 clicks. When I do that, you can plainly see the crosshairs are "off." Below is the picture after I've moved the crosshairs in-line with the grid.
