The 2023 ESA World Meeting will be held at the University of Lyon (France) from Monday, June 26th in the afternoon (opening keynote lecture and welcome reception) to Thursday, June 29th. On June 28, 2023, as announced by Clarivate Analytics in the Journal Citation Reports (JCR), Journal of the Economic Science Association has achieved its first Impact Factor of 1.9. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the authors, reviewers, readers and editorial board members for their continuous support to the journal! The IEA has embarked on a multi-year project focusing on enhancing the role of women in the global economics profession. We will undertake research in multiple countries focused on understanding and removing obstacles to women in the profession and engage in a variety of activities to amplify women economists’ voices in the global public sphere.
