Most likely the hook holding the trunk to the back of the vehicle is either broken or out of place, so try opening the trunk and wriggle the hook, once it clicks and it's tight, there won't be any issue anymore, also try changing your key batteries or check if there were any spills on it. I replaced relay and switch same time and both are temperamental at times.The TSB is about the Trunk opening when not expected, and about the wiring getting moisture build up and corroding. It adds a "two step" relay for the open buttons and replaces the wiring. From what I have heard around here, it seems most dealers will perform this TSB Repair for free.
