I am having a problem with the Anri quest in that I cannot get her to either show up dead at Darkmoon tomb or see her summoning sign at Anor Londo. I killed Horace and spoke to her in Yorshka's Church. The assassin never showed up and I figured it was because I had already healed my sigil and abandoned Yuria's quest.
