Took a peek with the search and didn't see anybody with quite this issue. I've got a new ARMS claw mount that I'm trying to put on my PTR-91 GI. The mount almost locks into place - I can move the mounting lever and feet a few degrees past where they would be if the mount were locked up tight, but the locking lever itself won't fall into the slot.

The PTR works fine for hunting as long as you don't mind carrying a 9+ lb rifle through the woods all day. Bummer. Yeah I got the handguard and stock, as well as hardware for the stock, but wanted to get a wood grip. The only wood grip I see for sale is $260… :/ not worth that. Keep an eye out there might be a time where you could get something cheap on gunbroker.
