No matter what mode I play I can’t use the X factors or abilities, it shows they have them but the players have nothing below there feet like they normally would.

The above situation seems to make the "selfless" x-factor ability much less useful: a) if you only have one x-factor player and that player has the selfless ability then its a waste of time. b) at best if you have all three offense/defense players with x-factor abilities on the field then the selfless ability can trigger just the other two.
