Be warned that once you get to the last 200 questions or so, the difficulty level is very high and the topics, slightly obscure – still good practice though! UWorld on the whole can be harder than the AAMC, but that is a pro, and as a general rule of thumb you want to be scoring in the high 70s-80s percent accuracy on the questions.

Jack Westin is pretty good for a free question bank, and Khan Academy questions are nothing like what you'll see on the exam but still alright to check your content knowledge after watching the corresponding videos. 2.Uearth is for learning. Timed is better to help you with timing and working with what you know, review everything at the end.
