Traveluro caused double payment - Traveluro’s credit card declined. TLDR Traveluro credit card declined so I was double charged for my hotel stay booked thru them. Clearly shady business at best, most likely a scam. I paid in full for hotel through Traveluro through kayak. Such a terrible platform. I made a booking for twin room. A very clear description on traveluro's confirmation. But when I checked in , the hotel told me no twin room available.
