1 out 10 worked. I have about 30 investments with Groundfloor. All bought between 12/21 and 7/22. I looked at the top ten today. 6 are in foreclosure. 2 are in default. 1 has exit strategies being discussed. 1, only 1, was completed. This business strategy never delivered.
