How to unlock heiner across the obelisk.
Heiner's speed issues can easily be remedied by slowing the enemy (possibly all the way down to 0 with certain spells/effects) or by speeding up Heiner. However, I recently found that it is ok for Heiner to be slow. This makes him more of a reactive character, that can set up the next round, either through debuffs or using block+Taunt.
Heiner is the OG taunt tank so keep him. Basically Ottis/Heiner is the most passive combo you can run but it's the safest. Ottis is actually the best mage in the game since he can get access to Starfall from the Druid in Act 1.
