Player scavs you can tell by how they move (and dont get stuck on walls) as well as how they shoot. AI rarely misses and 1 headshots often. Players miss often. As for telling them apart. I honestly cant tell the difference other then maybe they might have more then 1 gun on them (scavs generally only have 1) With how annoying getting fence rep is, I really do not want to accidently shoot scavs. But I literally cannot tell the difference at all. If it's a PMC, I die cuz he can shoot anytbing that moves and he's fine but as a scav, I really have to be sure and with a game where you can die within 0.001% of a second, I feel like this isn't well designed. Just happened to me, I was SCAV and entered BTR, I saw a PMC sitting right there so you can know when there is someone else inside, I couldn't interact with him while inside BTR, but after we stopped I came out first, he came out second and I shot him. I think I accidentely shot the BTR because SCAVs killed me right after.This is an extra that you can only take if there is a PMC and a SCAV at the extract together.
