The steam deck's limitation is its screen size, not hardware. I've done 24man raids with animations on and it never dipped below 45 fps during the more hectic mechanics. (on the Laptop High preset) Deck lets you play in handheld mode with the controller layout or you can set it on a desk and plug in a mouse/keyboard and play normally.
