The xcarry is slightly larger than the xcompact. 3.9" barrel vs 3.6". The xcarry uses 17 round magazines whereas the xcompact uses 15 round magazines. The ergonomics of the grips are similar, but the xcompact is slightly thinner in some areas. You are definitely getting more with either one compared to the standard.
Both are fine pistols. The P320 is wider and heavier. That helps the P320 shoot better in my opinion but it is harder to conceal. Not hard to conceal but harder than my P365. I have a Hellcat Pro which is about the same size as the P365 XL. If I were to get only 1 I'd get the size of the P365 X or XL.
