Kel-Tec is apparently doing a much better job with their long guns then their older pistols. If you look closer at the KSG and KS7 the receiver and internals are pretty heavy duty parts. The receiver is a formed hardened steel that's very strong. The KS7 and KSG I played with both had to be slammed home or slammed back I can’t remember. KS7 slightly heavier but not significantly so. - KS7 holds six rounds in the mag, as opposed to Shockwave five. KS7 can shoot mini shells out of the box without an adapter.
