(Perhaps this is my own fault since I did delete and reinstall some of the things on the SD card itself after trying to fix it.) I just let my 3ds sit in the drawer and pray to the Nintendo gods it worked, low and behold it works like a normal unhacked 3ds (with the exception of godmode9, etc-) I appreciate the help though!
