How do you use a cen tech digital multimeter.

I have bought several of these Cen-Tec meters over the years. They generally work well. The ones that failed were always due to dropping or connecting the meter to too high a voltage. They do come with a 9 volt battery that must be replaced every couple of years in normal use. However, if the meter is left on the battery life will be short.
