I still plan on making it, but I remember hearing that the traders in A21 would have their own specialties. Installation - Pretty straight forward. Download the files extract them and drop them into your Game Folder. Open up 7 Days to die .Exe Location. One folder "A20-TraderAllwaysOpen" should go into the "Mods" folder. Another folder "Prefabs" should override your "prefabs" folder in "Data".

There was the same problem. This method helped. F1, write dm (debugmenu), enter. Then you need to teleport to the center of the map at coordinates 0.0. The quest will immediately update and the coordinates of the merchant will appear. Then teleport to the place of your respawn and turn off the "dm".Craft 3 drawbridges and sell them. Its 6k+ depending on your skill. You can sell 3 to each trader you discovered every 3 days so that's 20k per trader every 3 days. Drawbridge is not very expensive to craft, wood, forged iron and some springs. I thought the traders all have different specialties of items that they sell. I've seen shotguns and machine guns but I haven't seen any rifles yet. The traders have all been selling blue weapons and I was hoping to get a decent rifle.
