The Ruins Greatsword is a much better choice. I love the design of the Blashpemous Blade but that’s one of the only reasons I use it, as well as it’s lifesteal ability. That being said if you want to be conservative and like playing defensive, the Blashpemous Blade is a good choice but not the best.
