The truck showed a p0090 fuel pressure reg code. I tried replacing the mid harness and replacing the fuel pressure regulator. Truck starts up and sounds like its knocking then alms down a bit and sounds like a lb7 but fuel rail pressure stays around 20-23k there is no demand for it as the truck is idling. It's in limp at 2k hits a rev limiter.

So, just like a straw with a crack in it will suck air bubbles, your fuel lines with a leak somewhere will suck air. The air bubbles can cause a p0093 or p0087.
