He said it started having a high and low idle. then he shut it off. It sat overnight and will not restart now. I have had him check all his wiring from the ecm to the FICM.

The truck showed a p0090 fuel pressure reg code. I tried replacing the mid harness and replacing the fuel pressure regulator. Truck starts up and sounds like its knocking then alms down a bit and sounds like a lb7 but fuel rail pressure stays around 20-23k there is no demand for it as the truck is idling. It's in limp at 2k hits a rev limiter.
