Freeza race has the best melee and dash strings and also i think the highest innate ki damage. Turn golden is also the best for giant boss fights. Charged basic ki blasts melt them and you never have to waste ki or get in posession range. Then Frieza race is what I shall go. Ki blast builds are better than Strike builds for PvE. The general approach is to spam ki blast moves until everyone dies. Female saiyan are better to spam ki blast while Male saiyan are better if you want to integrate melee combos. Female/Male Saiyan with Super Vegeta.
