My friends and some guides said to go for anarchy with 400 stacks but then most guides are either centered in Best Friends Forever or Little Big Trouble with only 150 stacks.

You have buffed DeathTrap in some ways, but missed out on Upshot Robot, and missed Robot Rampage that gives extra melee abilities, while buffing melee damage elsewhere.
