Swap a ship to be a different home ship then swap back. Bug happens when you steal and then take over a ship then modifying increases frequency of the issue. So, I made a new ship that I like and spent a crap load of credits on, but there's an issue when I land it that it becomes invisible and I cannot exit the ship or take off.
