After replacing the whole ignition system (ignition coil, stator with pickup coil, plug, wire, CDI, voltage regulator, solenoid) I still have no spark. I checked the ETC and it's working fine. I even adjusted the cable a bit. Here's the trouble shooting procedure from the Polaris manual: No Spark, Weak or Intermittent Spark. • No 12 volt power or ground to CDI. • Spark plug gap incorrect. • Fouled spark plug. • Faulty spark plug cap or poor connection to high tension. lead. • Related wiring loose, disconnected, shorted, or corroded.

I know it's harder to get to on the 570, but with my machine it's less than 5 minutes to get it up and running if it's the plug.Mar 2, 2021 · RD/BL wire to coil, injectors and fuel pump drops from 12 volts to 0 when key on. If the engine cranks over and you have no spark I would remove the crankshaft position sensor and clean the end of it off as there may be some metal debris interfering with the crank signal to the computer.Won't start on starting fluid either.
