When I cold start my Cascadia I don't have any issues, the lights appear for a couple seconds and turn off as they should. If I stop at a border crossing for example, and turn it back on 5 min later, the ABS and Wheel Spin lights turn on. After driving for approximately 10 min the Wheel Spin light turns off, followed shortly by the ABS.
