Thralls healing is the same for all food types, You can however put Aloe Potions on them and manually feed them a potion by using the use option when you have it selected in their inventory. Their preferred food types are generally listed in their inventory screen.As said above, you need to kill a sorcerer. Then go to the location on the map it drops. It's a small cave both at isel of siptah and exiled lands. Pretty easy monsters in case of th latter (and none at all at ioS.) Be careful, though: at least at IoS, you will get corrupted, if you linger too long.

Aside from unlocking new emotes for your character through exploration or battlepass/bazaar/DLC (only some of which will also unlock for thralls,) the only other way is possibly mods. I'm still trying to figure out how to get the thralls to do the emotes. I only get a few options for my thralls compared to my character that has more.
