Update: App keeps freezing and acting up (02/27/24). (Old) app working better but not enough for me to change the star rating. 1 star doesn't work frequently far from being reliable. This explains why suddenly all calls were being blocked. If one would go to the ActiveArmor app, Calls, and change the handling of Unknown Callers from "voicemail" to "allowed", this would be a temporary fix until AT&T fixes ActiveArmor. This would leave the fraud and spam blocking intact, a better solution, IMHO, than deleting ActiveArmor.

At this rate, I'm getting frustrated with customer service. Side note: I got a new Samsung Galaxy AO3s phone last Saturday and the problem with Active Armor started last Saturday because I got a new phone! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times and cleared the cache. No matter what I am doing IS NOT WORKING! Please help!
