Last week at 36 weeks I was 1.5 cm 0% effaced and today at 37 weeks I’m 3 cm and 60% effaced so I do feel that is some progress.All I can tell you is that I walked around 3cm dilated and more than 50% effaced with my first two from 36 weeks to 39/40 weeks!! May 2015. You could be 3 cm dialated for weeks. It's hard to tell. Hopefully little one sits tight for a bit. I would just do some watchful waiting. If you have concerns I would call your OB/Triage or go to triage. I'll be 36 weeks next week.
