Aquí en donde empieza un poco la confusión; tiempo después se creó el anime Blood C con 12 capítulos y 2 ovas. Se cree que sería la continuación de blood + pero a mí parecer es más como una historia alterna de Saya, ya que tiene ciertos recuerdos de su pasado, otros en cambio dicen que es una copia del anterior.
